PREVENTING COVID-19 SPREAD

Along with the world’s leading companies, "MESMER" has closely monitored the spread of coronavirus in areas where the Group operates, and is setting an example in how to counter it. In line with its values and responsibilities, "MESMER" has strengthened hygiene controls at all its facilities.

Masks, medicines, hand sanitizers and disinfectants were purchased, temperature measurement points organized, and hand disinfection stations installed. MESMER'S HSE department also organized a round-the-clock presence of medical personnel. The Group is taking all necessary measures to comply with legislation and best practices to provide safe working conditions.

"MESMER" MEASURES TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19

"Mesmer" has developed a plan for organizational, sanitary and anti-epidemic measures to prevent the coronavirus infection spread. This has been implemented in the group’s all projects:

• At all checkpoints, access control has been strengthened, and modern thermal imagers installed to measure workers’ body temperatures.
• To increase the immunity of workers and prevent disease, food with vitamin C is included in their diet.
• Information materials in the form of banners in 2 languages (Russian and English) are posted throughout the territory of the sites.
• Coronavirus training materials is used to increase awareness of the virus and necessary precautions.
• Medical centers of the group’s projects are equipped with additional medicines.
• Office premises, catering facilities and staff accommodation are disinfected regularly.
• Working from home/office: We expeaded our work from-home policy. 50% of our office staff are working from home - we are here to help our customers, Mesmer partners, colleagues, via Microsoft Teams, email, telephone & skype conference calls. Our offices remain open.
• Hygiene/Sanitising: We are doubling our efforts to keep our office sanitized regularly through the day and night.
• Communication: To keep everyone aligned there is regular communication with guidelines about coronavirus send to managers/team leaders and staff. Our Leadership Team meets online daily.
