    Terms:

    Requirements:

    • Selection of materials in accordance with the design documentation (DD)
    • Preparation of the work production schedule (monthly). Analysis of construction schedule delays and implementation of corrective measures
    • Preparation and defense before the Client of Forms F2, F3, and M29
    • Compilation and submission of as-built (executive) documentation to the Client
    • Daily coordination with the design institute (approval of changes to design solutions)
    • Handling materials: receipt, accounting, reporting, and return
    • Preparation of cumulative material take-off (MTO) statements
    • Use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and 1C Warehouse 8.3

    Responsibilities:

    • Ability to calculate quantities based on project documentation
    • Preparation of bills of quantities
    • Preparation of as-built (executive) documentation (acts, drawings, schemes)
    • Review of incoming as-built documentation and verification of work quantities against the project
    • Higher education in engineering/technical or engineering/economic field
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD) and MS Project
    • Knowledge of Russian and Uzbek languages

    Chief Project Engineer (GIP)

    • Promptly resolving organizational and technical issues across all design stages.

    Field Supervision Specialist (AN)

    • Practical knowledge of maintaining and issuing field supervision journals, official directives, and inspection acts.
    • Understanding of the process for introducing and approving modifications to project solutions during construction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting field supervision at construction sites to ensure adherence to project design solutions.
    • Regular participation in on-site inspections of facilities under construction.
    • Maintaining and issuing field supervision journals, identifying deviations, and issuing official directives and acts.
    • Prompt interaction with clients, contractors, and technical supervision regarding ongoing construction matters.
    • Participating in the review, development, and approval of design modification solutions arising during construction and installation works.
