- Prepare letters, technical instructions (T.I.), and material approval forms
- Draft hidden work reports
- Prepare as-built drawings
- Maintain subcontractor invoices
- Organize GASN laboratory testing (soil, concrete)
- Keep logs (surveying, electrical, mechanical, and concrete work)
- Develop work schedules
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
